Heat butter in a small non-stick skillet. Fry the egg on both sides until cooked through but yolks are still runny. While egg is cooking, place Glutenfreeda burrito on plate and microwave for 1 minute, turn burrito and microwave for an additional 45 seconds. Remove burrito and slice in thirds on the diagonal. Season egg with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Top Glutenfreeda burrito with fried egg. Drizzle salsa over top and sprinkle with red onion, cilantro, sour cream and sliced avocado.
