Ingredients
2-1/2 cups gf flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened 1-1/4 cups sugar 3/4 cup gf brown sugar, packed 3 medium eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped 12 ounces gf chocolate chips
Directions
Set a rack in center of oven and heat to 350 degrees F. Grease a 10x15x1" jelly roll pan.
In a medium bowl, mix together flour, salt and baking soda.
In a separate large bowl, beat together butter and both sugars until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time. Beat in vanilla. With a wooden spoon, stir in flour, in batches. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Spread batter in the jelly roll pan and bake for 30 minuntes. Remove from oven and let cool completely before cutting into 2" squares.
