These oats have a really nice taste.
| Texture |
 |
The texture was perfect, perhaps a little heartier than the Quaker variety, but I prefer it that way anyways.
| Storage |
 |
The oats come packaged in a box containing a re-sealable bag of oats. Very convenient packaging (easy to store). The shelf like is approximately 1 year.

Lara’s Rolled Oats Ingredients: Pure whole grain rolled oats.
Cream Hill Estates Rolled Oats are R5-ELISA batch tested for purity and to ensure they are uncontaminated with wheat, barley or rye. These oats are guaranteed to have no cross contamination with wheat, barley or rye.
Advisory: Current scientific literature suggests that the majority of people with celiac disease can tolerate eating limited amounts of pure and uncontaminated oats, in the range of 20 to 25 g per day (about ¼ cup) of dry oats by children and 50-70g per day (1/2-3/4 cup) by adults. There may be a small number of affected consumers who cannot tolerate even pure oats. Proper medical follow-up is advised. Please check with your doctor and/or dietitian before introducing oats to your diet.
These oats were great. They tasted just as oats should. We made them as traditional warm oat cereal as well as tried them in an awesome recipe “Baked Apple Oatmeal”. They have a great consistency and cooked wonderfully. |
