Our Artisan Flatbreads are the perfect solution to a delicious and quick lunch, dinner or snack. Just warm in the oven or in the microwave and pile on your favorite ingredients and a new masterpiece is created. Authentic tasting, gluten-free flatbread is finally here!

Nutrition Facts

Water, brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, canola oil, psyllium powder, egg whites, cane sugar, yeast, teff flour, flax seed, salt, cultured dextrose, xanthan gum, guar gum, citric acid.

Contains eggs. Processed in a facility that also uses tree nuts, milk and soy.

Cooking Instructions

Microwave: To re-heat from refrigerator: Place flatbread on a plate and microwave for 40 seconds at ½ power. To re-heat from freezer: Place flatbread on a plate in the microwave for 1 to 1:15 seconds on ½ power.

Oven: Wrap flatbread in foil and heat in 250° oven for 20 minutes.

For Pizza: Top with favorite toppings and bake at 375° in oven for 7-10 minutes or until topping is hot and bubbly.
