For this month’s GFCF article, we thought we’d toot our own horn, so to speak and talk about all the great gfcf products that Glutenfreeda Foods, our parent company produces.

Glutenfreeda Peanut Paul & Mary cookie dough is the perfect combination of peanut butter and chocolate chips.  Peanut Paul & Mary’s are frozen pre-formed cookie dough that you bake at home.  There is no measuring, no mess and no failures!  If you can turn the oven on, you can bake perfectly wonderful gfcf cookies that the whole family will love.  Your biggest problem with these cookies will be getting your family to save enough for you!

Glutenfreeda Instant Oatmeal

All four flavors of Glutenfreeda Instant Oatmeal are gloriously gluten and casein free!  Apple Cinnamon, Maple Raisin, Banana Maple and the new Natural (unflavored).  Glutenfreeda Instant Oatmeal is made with certified gluten-free oats, all natural ingredients and fortified with flax.  Simply add hot water and stir!  For a richer oatmeal just add soy or rice milk.

Burritos

Glutenfreeda offers the first ever gluten-free burritos and yes, of course, one flavor is also casein-free and vegan; ‘Vegan Non Dairy Bean & Cheese’.  This delicious burrito is made with refried beans, rice, corn, tofu and salsa.  A surprise is in store for anyone who typically turns up their nose to ‘tofu’; this burrito is amazingly good.

Granola
